Dr. Keller had been an ER doctor for 20 years prior to his election to Coroner in 2004, and firmly believes that public education is a crucial tool for changing behavior. Alcohol problems are showing up among middle-school students with greater frequency, and many parents simply do not realize the pervasiveness of alcohol use in their communities.
