PARENTING IN UNCERTAIN TIMES

• Understand the ways that we and our children normally react in the face of crisis and trauma
• Recognize problems and behaviors that are "normal" responses, and those that signal problematic reactions
• Learn specific coping strategies for helping ourselves and our children survive and thrive in these difficult times

Following this general interest program, New Trier High School Security Representatives will review New Trier’s Emergency Preparedness Procedures and provide parents with directions on what to do in the event of a crisis.
